From the bay, the shoreline of mangrove swamps appears as a dark-green serpentine seam joining sea to sky. Jungle like keys break up the horizon, and busy, intdcate communities of coral lie just beneath the surface of the waters east of the keys. These are the four worlds of Biscayne National Park: the mangrove shoreline, the waters of the bay, the keys, and the coral reefs.
